Exploring Opportunities for Innovation around Tamil Language Tech

Yarl IT Hub’s social innovation centre named Thulir has been commissioned with full time researchers with the mandate of creating Technologies, Business Models, Researches and Reports that will be transferred to the community.

As its first initiative Thulir team has started to work on a series around spotting and sharing possible ‘low hanging fruits’ to create economic opportunities via innovation in Jaffna. The first report in this series explores the potential around Tamil Language Technology for SME development.
